RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defining product strategy and roadmap by working closely with key stakeholders across the organization including the technology, sales, marketing, & executive teams.
- Owning the entire product life cycle from concept, design, development, to launch.
- Managing the product line, overseeing product development projects and ensuring that they are completed timely and within budget.
- Identifying opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements, determining the right methodologies to track user feedback and behaviour.
- Assisting in defining and articulating the long-term product strategy and vision, incorporating market trends and customer needs.
- Coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful product launch and continuous growth.
- Keeping up with the latest industry trends and technologies, and adjusting the product strategy accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably in a financial sector / fintechs.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and inspiring cross[1]functional teams.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle and delivering business value.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
