For the post of Principal at a highly reputed Fazaia Inter College at PAF Camp Badaber, applications are invited from energetic, competent, and well-qualified candidates who are seeking a bright career under an inspiring work environment.
Eligibility
- Male / Female, medically fit, with age not more than 57 years.
- Candidates should be well-acquainted with communication, administrative, and management skills.
Qualification
- MA / MSc or equivalent in any subject.
- Minimum 15 years of teaching and administration experience at Intermediate or Degree College level.
Ineligibility
- Candidates terminated/dismissed prematurely from any Government or Non-government institution.
- Candidates terminated from any Fazaia institution due to allegations or disciplinary issues.
- Candidates with a history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offenses.
- Applicants must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their previous institution.
Pay / Perks
- Selected candidates will be offered an attractive pay package.
Note
- The job is on a contract basis: initially for 2 years, renewable annually based on performance.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- TA/DA will not be admissible for the interview.
- Concealment of any information may lead to strict disciplinary action, even after selection.
- Reputation of the finally selected candidate will be verified from previous workplace.
