Gerry’s International – a FedEx Logistics Regional Service Provider, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in freight forwarding and logistics sales who are eager to build lasting customer relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base in freight forwarding and logistics.
· Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
· Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
· Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
· Monitor market trends and competitors to adapt strategies effectively.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or related field.
· 3–5 years’ experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales.
· Strong network in the freight forwarding industry.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging targets.
