POSITION: AM / DM – After Sales Operation
EXPERIENCE: At least 4 to 6 years in the automobile industry, specifically in a distributor’s sales and service department.
QUALIFICATION: B.E., B.S., B. Tech, (Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial)
LOCATION: Based at Karachi Head Office, Sher Shah.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Proficient in handling diagnostic equipment
- Competent in computer handling/ ERP/MS Office suite
- Having incredible skills in the vehicle electronic systems and troubleshooting
- DMS management
- Management of ESM, FRS, and Product Technical Bulletin
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer & Dealership support
- Prepare and present Product Technical reports & Investigations
- Warranty Claims Management
- Dealerships’ Evaluation
- Hands-on experience in repair
- Required to develop training materials and conduct training
- Parts Management
