We’re Recruiting for STORE OFFICER
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, and stock balances.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials to avoid damage or loss.
- Monitor and control inventory levels; prepare and maintain stock reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments for material requirements.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of stock.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for material handling.
- Manage incoming and outgoing goods with documentation and system entries (ERP or manual).
- Support internal and external audits related to inventory and stores.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in store or warehouse operations (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
- Strong record-keeping and documentation abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems or ERP software.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
