Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their financial needs.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review account performance and identify opportunities for additional services.
Sales and Marketing - Promote and sell a range of business banking products and services, including day to day transactional needs, Business loans, credit facilities, transaction banking services, and consumer financing.
- Identify market trends and client needs to develop new products or enhance existing offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for business banking products.
