We Are Recruiting Management Trainee Officer – Key Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned key accounts such as HORECA clients and convert and make new accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Ensure timely order placement, delivery, and payment recovery.
- Achieve monthly sales volume targets.
- Monitor sales performance by account and take corrective actions where needed.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure smooth business.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Share timely reports with the manager on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
- Maintain account-wise business reviews and scorecards.
- Work closely with internal departments like supply chain, finance, and marketing for smooth execution.
- Support the credit control process by following up on outstanding payments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors/ Masters in Business Administration.
- 1 year experience in Beverages/FMCG.
