Management Trainee Officer – Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase product availability, market share, and volume growth.
- Supervision of Order Bookers to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identification and execution of marketing opportunities within the outlet, fostering in-store branding to grab customer attention.
- Ensuring that distributions have optimum stock levels for each Stock Keeping Unit according to Stock Cover Days policy of the company.
- Coaching Order Bookers to ensure sufficient stock levels of all Stock Keeping Units at outlet level and that stock is properly merchandised on Shelves/Racks and Coolers.
- Performing regular market visits to check performance of Order Bookers as well as to identify market development & conversion opportunities.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate sales records, reports and documentation for analysis and decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- BBA/MBA Marketing or equivalent
- Fresh – 1 Year Experience in FMCG
