We are looking for a Training & Culture Specialist to join our HR Department at our Lahore Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a Culture Ambassador by leading employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
Execute internal & external training programs as per the yearly calendar and business needs.
Drive cultural and values reinforcement activities to promote growth and engagement.
Enhance communication across departments and identify values champions within teams.
Develop success stories and collaborate with stakeholders for media content to share on company social platforms.
Education: BBA / MBA in HR
Experience: 1–2 years in a relevant field (experience in home appliances & electronics preferred).
