We Are Recruiting! Area Manager – Karachi
Qualification & Experience Required:
Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred). Experience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in banking or microfinance, including at least 5 years as Branch Manager or 1-2 years as Area Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support branch teams to achieve organizational goals. Drive microfinance lending performance and strengthen customer relationships. Monitor loan disbursements, recoveries, and PAR, ensuring timely corrective actions. Conduct market research to expand outreach and ensure policy compliance. Build community partnerships and provide training to enhance staff performance.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills Proven expertise in microfinance operations, credit risk, and compliance Skilled in performance monitoring, operational controls, and community engagement
