Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and grow delivery operations to boost sales and customer experience
✔ Manage fleet and logistics to ensure smooth, efficient deliveries
✔ Build strong partnerships with third-party aggregators
✔ Use data insights to enhance performance and customer journey
✔ Strengthen CRM processes and ensure timely complaint resolution
✔ Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to optimize platforms
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, CS, or related field
3+ years of experience in delivery operations & e-commerce
Proven digital and e-commerce expertise
