Qualification:
MBA from an accredited university
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant brand management experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term brand strategy
• Conduct consumer and market research to identify insights and trends
• Lead product development, innovation, and packaging upgrades
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns (digital, TV, outdoor, social media)
• Brief creative agencies and oversee campaign execution
• Coordinate with sales and trade teams for in-store visibility and promotions
• Manage brand budgets and ensure cost-effective decision-making
• Track brand performance, campaign results, and market share
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, and design teams
