Key Accountabilities
- Manage daily IT service desk operations to ensure timely issue resolution and SLA adherence.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and high-performing network and infrastructure systems.
- Oversee deployment and optimization of cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, response, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery site and plans to ensure business continuity and data integrity.
- Ensure IT service delivery meets SLAs and drive continual improvement through process optimization.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional IT teams while engaging stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ITIL processes, and maintain audit readiness across IT functions.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelors in IT/Computer Science, Master’s in IT, Networks, or Telecommunications (preferred)
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in managing service desk, network, and infrastructure.
- Expertise in ITSM (ITIL), network/infrastructure management, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity, DR planning, and tools like JIRA/ServiceNow.
