We are Recruiting Territory Executive

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive volume growth through strategic sales initiatives, focusing on Modern Trade and top-end retail expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, negotiate business plans, and ensure brand visibility and shelf share.
  • Lead in-store activations and drive influence with all stakeholders and influencers in territory.
  • Ensure product availability with distributors, identify new store opportunities, and monitor category trends.
  • Be expert on territory and input into the planning process
  • Analyze sales data, provide insights to management, and coordinate cross-functionality for effective sales execution.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience in field/frontline sales, key account management, sales management or with a modern trade organization.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, & presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
  • Strong financial acumen, proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
