Brand Manager/ Sr. Brand Manager
Key Accountabilities
- Design innovative marketing strategies for promoting products and ensure their proper implementation.
- Continuously work towards increasing market share by re-examining prevalent market trends and adapting to changing customer needs.
- Proactively identify different market segments and develop innovative plans to establish brand leadership.
- Effective coordination with team members and other functions.
- Product and therapeutic area analysis and sales analysis.
- Develop and deliver brand presentations for internal/external customers.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Qualification: Pharm D (preferably MBA).
- Understanding of Marketing concepts & ability to develop strategic brand plan & campaign planning.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in Antibiotics segment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills along with creative thinking.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to travel extensively.
