EXPERIENCE 6 months-1 year
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Assist in creating and promoting employer branding strategies.
- Create engaging content (social media posts, videos, blogs, etc.) to showcase company culture, values, and employee experiences.
- Coordinate with various departments for HR needs and employee queries.
- Prepare HR-related reports and assist in maintaining HR databases.
Key Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience in HR or related roles.
- Planning, organizing, and executing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
