Your Key Impact Areas
- Drive secondary and tertiary sales through modern trade accounts
- Lead joint business plans with key chains and ensure execution
- Manage credit terms and ensure smooth operational coordination
- Ensure timely listing and availability of all SKU’s across chain
- Monitor stock rotation and prevent damages and expires
- Execute customer-specific activations and visibility plans
- Ensure correct pricing on shelves across accounts
- Conduct regular market visits and lead training and capability development of merchandising team
- Gather and report market insights to support strategic planning
- Leverage data and business analytics to drive decision and optimize account performance
- Ensure strong interdepartmental coordination with supply chain, finance, marketing, trade marketing, and operations teams.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s (BBA or BS in Accounting & Finance)
Experience:
- 5-8 years in Consumer/FMCG Sales
