Qualification:
- BE Industrial / Chemical/ Electrical Engineering / MS TQM / BS TQM
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IMS processes and preparation of ISO documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct and assist in IMS audits, and prepare relevant training and presentation materials.
- Develop and maintain manuals, policies, procedures, documents, and forms in accordance with ISO standards.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure proper implementation and adherence to IMS requirements across the organization.
- Assist in internal and external certification audits.
- Support Kaizen teams and Kaizen activities.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Hands-on experience in Kaizen activities
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
