We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Executive to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Social Media Marketing & Performance Marketing.
WE ARE Recruiting Performance Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Execute high-performance ad campaigns across platforms (Meta & TikTok Ads) to drive website traffic and bookings.
- Analyze and Optimize campaign performance with a focus on ROI, CAC, and ROAS.
- Leverage Data to make data-driven decisions using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and more.
- Compile Social Media and performance reports.
- Experiment & Innovate with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Stay Ahead of trends in digital marketing, particularly in travel and hospitality.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
Experience:
- 2-3 years in Meta, TikTok Ads & reporting.
Location:
- DHA Phase 6, Lahore.
