WE ARE Recruiting Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales target as committed with head office for all franchises.
- Conduct daily sales visits and hotel familiarization tours (FAM trips).
- Implement regional sales plans targeting corporate clients.
- Prepare and share sales forecasts, performance reports, and weekly revenue analysis for management review.
- Attend weekly sales meeting and share sales report.
- Maintain and grow key accounts and keep updated with department head.
- Manage sales operations for multiple hotels/properties for all owned/franchises within IHMS Group.
- Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
- Work closely with head office to optimize room pricing and occupancy.
Requirements:
- At least bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in regional sales, preferably from Hospitality sector.
Location:
- Karachi.
