Iqra University – Main EDC Campus is seeking qualified and passionate individuals for the position of Coordinator – Degree and Transcript.
🎓 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚:
- 16 years of education.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
🎓 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Prepare, verify, and process transcripts for all campuses, including downloading approved requests from the portal and completing all required approval/signature stages.
- Coordinate with campuses to resolve discrepancies or missing information and ensure accuracy of transcript data.
- Review transcripts prepared by other officers for quality and correctness.
- Dispatch finalized transcripts to campuses along with official memos through courier and email.
- Maintain organized, campus-wise records and serial-numbered files of all transcript cases.
- Handle correspondence from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) regarding degree verification and equivalence.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Registrar.
