We are looking to employ a driven and experienced Key Accounts Manager to oversee and grow relationships with strategic customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within key accounts.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive business growth.
-Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within key accounts.
-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional deals to maximize profitability and market share.
-Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer needs to develop tailored sales strategies.
-Monitor and assess competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
-Prepare and present detailed sales reports
-Meet Distributors and share plan to improve ROI
-Ensure Best in Class Execution at all stores every day.
-Implement the correct portfolio selling at customers, focusing on price up products and Premium Range.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
-Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
-Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
-Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
-Willingness to travel as required to maintain and develop key account relationships.
