JOB DESCRIPTION: • Lead the national sales function across GT, LMT and IMTs channels. • Identify and acquire new customers, and drive growth within the existing customer base. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retail chains. • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals. • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and target setting. • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction. • Drive the execution of trade promotions and retail activation plans. • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance. • Mentor and develop the sales team to maximize their potential.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: • Candidate must have 8-10 years of relevant sales experience, including experience in General Trade (GT), Local Modern Trade Stores (LMTS) and International Modern Trade Stores (IMTs). • Must be a graduate (MBA preferred). • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Ability to build and execute strategic sales plans across multiple trade channels.
