Relationship Manager – Bancassurance
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and strengthen relationships with assigned branches, BM/RMs including regular follow-ups and visit to a set number of branches.
- Serve as the primary contact person between customers, HBL Branch Management, HBL Wealth RMs, and JGI, ensuring prompt customer service.
- Continuously prospect and seek referrals for motor business opportunities within the Bancassurance business through HBL’s branch Network & providing sales closure support.
- Meet assigned targets form HBL branches and provide timely support.
- Maintain business pipeline & daily business reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from HEC recognized university
- Experience in B2B & B2C Sales, preferably in the financial Service industry/Banks/Insurance Companies/Motor Dealership.
- Proven experience in relationship management or a similar role.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of bancassurance and motor business opportunities is a plus.
