Position: Deputy Manager HSEQ
Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of this role at the Generation Power Plant is to develop, implement, and oversee Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. This role aims to minimize operational risks, prevent incidents, and cultivate a safety-driven culture across all plant activities. The Deputy Manager assists the HSEQ Manager by enforcing safety standards, conducting inspections, delivering training, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements—protecting personnel, assets, and the environment.
Eligibility:
3–5 years of relevant experience in HSEQ management within the power generation or heavy industrial sector. Prior experience at a power plant is highly desirable. Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA (preferred).
