Who are we looking for?
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Computer Sciences.
· Minimum of 1-year experience in ATM support and ATM Cash Balancing or competent fresh graduate.
Key Responsibilities:
-ATM UPTIME & Cash Balancing
· Ensures that all the ATMs are operational 24×7.
· Ensuring smooth deployment of new ATMs as per bank policy
· ATM vestibules are up to the required standard and in accordance with SBP guidelines.
· Organizing field staff in a manner to avoid wastage of resources and time to overcome downtime issues.
· Analyzing on shared reports on daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis with field, management.
· Daily/Weekly/Monthly collection and formulation of various performance indicators like downtime and high fault rate analysis of parts etc.
Must have knowledge and experience in ATM GL Balances, Cash Excess & Shortage Handling and balancing as per policy and regulator’s guidelines
· Monitoring of Replenishment and ensuring balanced GL heads of ATM branches
· Managing new ATM Deployment, relocation & swapping of ATMs.
· Bringing improvement in ATM operations & uptime after analysis using different MIS
-Vendor Management
· Evaluation of incident and performance reports and follow up with subsequent actions, SLA management and keeping an eye on vendor activities.
· Vetting and approving invoices, keep a check on high expenses and continuous efforts for OPEX reduction
· Look after the Operational Issues of ATMs that are being affected by ATM vendor.
Customer Service and process improvement
· Manage ATM complaints lodged by branches for resolution within defined TAT.
· Monitor and ensure that the overall transaction rejection rate is below 2% monthly.
· Ensure comprehensive ATM related training as and when required.
· Liaison with branch staff for effective resolution of issues & clarity of any procedural manual to branches.
· Develop and improve processes for providing improved services to branches.
