Are you obsessed with user journeys, personalized communication, and data-driven growth? We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Growth Strategy team and lead platform engagement across email, WhatsApp, and push notifications.
You’ll own our retention campaigns, loyalty program, and CRM automation—crafting experiences that keep users coming back.
What you’ll do:
✨ Run engaging, on-brand campaigns
📊 Analyze customer behavior to optimize retention
🧠 A/B test creatives, content, and flows
🎁 Design loyalty programs that delight
🤝 Collaborate across teams to turn insights into action
You should have:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
✅ 1-3 years of experience
✅ CRM tool experience (MoEngage, HubSpot, etc.)
✅ A creative + analytical mindset
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Bonus: Canva/Photoshop, SQL, or Python knowledge
