Assistant Manager – Stitching Planning (Home Textile-Knits)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor weekly stitching plans (cut to pack)
- Ensure efficient line loading per customer priorities and deadlines
- Track orders, identify delays, and coordinate with relevant departments
- Control WIP at all stages to avoid bottlenecks
- Collaborate with cutting, stitching, QA, and packing teams for smooth flow
- Work with IE to balance lines and improve output
- Coordinate with merchandising, fabric, and trims teams for material readiness
- Analyze stitching performance and ensure timely deliveries
Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in stitching/production planning in textile/apparel manufacturing
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, and planning tools
- Strong knowledge of home textile processes (cutting to packing)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Location: S.I.T.E Area, Karachi
