As an Assistant Manager – Workforce Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping HR decisions through data-driven strategies focused on workforce trends, planning, and data integrity.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Analyze and interpret workforce data specific to the textile/manufacturing industry.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards on key HR metrics.
Assist in workforce planning and labor forecasting aligned with production cycles.
Identify trends and propose actionable recommendations to improve HR efficiency.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data across platforms.
Collaborate with production, operations, and department heads to align workforce capabilities with business objectives.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Strong command of MS Excel for workforce reporting and data analysis.
Proficiency in data analytics and interpretation.
Experience in HR analytics, ideally within the textile or manufacturing sector.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
4+ years of relevant experience in HR analytics or workforce data roles, preferably in textile/manufacturing organizations.
