Manager (Quality Assurance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete QA process—from raw material inspection to finished goods.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control systems and procedures.
- Lead internal and external quality audits; ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
- Train, mentor, and manage QA/QC teams across all production lines.
- Collaborate with suppliers, production, and merchandising departments to ensure quality consistency and compliance.
- Generate and present regular quality performance reports to senior management.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in quality assurance within the textile industry.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of textile testing standards, AQL levels, and inspection protocols.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
