Lucky Core Industries Limited is Recruiting a Medical Superintendent for its Soda Ash Business based in Khewra.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative and operational functions of the 20-bed Winnington Hospital.
- Manage Occupational Health services, ensuring effective implementation of the Business HSE&E and HAPI plans.
- Prepare and propose the hospital budget, ensuring efficient cost control and resource utilisation.
- Approve medical bills for employees and panel hospitals in line with company policies.
- Facilitate skills development and training for paramedical staff to enhance service quality and staff capability.
- Ensure timely availability of medicines through efficient inventory and supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, coordinate with government bodies, particularly local and provincial health departments, for health-related campaigns.
- Promote employee and family well-being through health awareness sessions, communications, and personalised counselling.
Key Skills:
- Experience managing medical facilities at remote sites is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
