Lucky Core Industries Limited is Recruiting a Manager Shift for its Soda Ash Business based in Khewra.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong plant operations knowledge and hands-on on-site field experience.
- Monitor and control plant parameters via DCS, managing emergencies effectively on-site.
- Collaborate actively with maintenance teams for job planning and preventive measures to minimise breakdowns.
- Coordinate closely during breakdowns to reduce downtime and escalate issues when necessary.
- Build collaborative working relationships and drive team engagement.
- Take independent decisions regarding parameter deviations and equipment issues.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in operations management and troubleshooting.
- Strong planning, organising, and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and MS Office skills.
Job Specific Skills:
- In-depth understanding of process plant operations.
- Knowledge of work instructions, SOPs, ISO standards, and engineering components.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
