Assistant Shift Engineer
- Optimize plant load factor and component efficiency (boilers, generators, auxiliaries).
- Operate plant control systems for safe startups, shutdowns, and synchronizations.
- Promptly respond to alarms, abnormal conditions, and breakdowns to restore supply.
- Coordinate unit scheduling and assist with incident reporting.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and maintain firefighting equipment etc.
Applicant is required to work on 12hrs shift (morning/evening) with scheduled 3 days off
Education & Experience: B.E / B.Tech (Electrical) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
