- Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise staff to ensure the store is adequately staffed at all times
- Deal with customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage inventory, plan promotional events or sales, and order stock.
- Analyze sales figures, customer behavior, and market trends to anticipate product needs.
