Master Motor is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of “Assistant Manager – Spare Parts”.
The Role:
- Manage and monitor spare parts inventory to ensure availability and accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze spare parts demand and usage patterns for effective forecasting and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory and logistics.
- Support after-sales service teams with timely supply and delivery of required parts.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in spare parts management or after-sales operations.
- BBA-MBA from a reputed and recognized institute.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
