Position : Warehouse Store Manager (Location – Raiwind)
Role Overview
As a Warehouse Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse store, managing inventory, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and leading a team to deliver high standards of productivity, safety, and customer service.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to optimize warehouse space, increase efficiency, and improve overall profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor stock levels, ensure accurate inventory control, and coordinate timely replenishment to meet customer and business needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service excellence in order processing, delivery timelines, and issue resolution.
- Enforce strict adherence to company policies, warehouse procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-structured warehouse environment, ensuring efficient layout and proper labeling for easy navigation and access.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics (stock turnover, order accuracy, lead times) and generate regular reports on key operational KPIs and customer trends.
- Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts involving warehouse staff, vendors, or customers in a timely and professional manner.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in warehouse/stores management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience managing finished goods, inventory control, and dispatch/logistics coordination is a must
