MDK CORPORATION JAPAN is Recruiting Sr. Accounts Executive to join the team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sr. Accounts Executive to support the finance team with day-to-day operations within MDK.
Job Description:
Record and update daily outlet/showroom sales, ensuring accuracy in financial entries.
Monitor receivables and initiate recovery actions for overdue payments in coordination with the sales team.
Manage inventory updates and reconcile stock data with financial records for periodic reporting.
Liaise with the head office to obtain and submit relevant financial documents such as invoices, agreements, and audit records.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Assist in end-of-day closing activities and ensure data completeness in ERP systems.
Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, ACCA, ICMA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
