Qualification:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience

Job Description:

  • Handling customer complaints end-to-end.
  • Coordinating with relevant departments and branches to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
  • Highlighting critical areas requiring immediate attention, including customer grievances and complaints.
