Deputy Chief Engineer Mechanical Workshop
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage seamless operations of the mechanical workshop, guaranteeing optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Oversee trouble-free maintenance of critical equipment, including pumps, gearboxes, and lotus rollers, to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
- Implementation of health and safety protocols.
- Design and execute comprehensive training programs to enhance the competence of workshop staff in maintenance, inspection, and repair techniques.
Candidate must have a Bachelor degree or DAE in Mechanical with minimum 15 years of related experience in the Sugar Industry.
