EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA in Supply Chain Management or Sales is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- 6-8 years in Commercial, Key Accounts, and Supply Chain (Logistics/Transportation preferred).
SKILLS
- Strong understanding of order management and invoicing processes.
- Good commercial acumen and industry reach.
- Analytical skills with hands-on expertise in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
LOCATION
- Karachi, Pakistan
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
- Understand clients’ businesses, needs, and challenges to offer tailored solutions and improvements.
- Oversee order-to-invoice processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely billing. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track and drive timely revenue recovery in line with agreed credit terms.
- Lead and mentor the Commercial Team to achieve performance and service targets.
- Resolve client issues proactively and professionally, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Provide insights through data analysis to support decision-making and identify new business opportunities.
