Open Position: Manager Leasing & Contracts
Requirements:
- Define and formalize lease terms, rental rates, and payment schedules for tenants.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute various contractual agreements.
- Plan and secure operational locations within approved timelines and budgets.
- Ensure prompt processing of payments to landowners and relevant government authorities.
- Monitor contract performance and manage close-out, renewal, or extension processes.
- Maintain effective administrative control and strong working relationships with depots and landlords.
- Track, follow up, and take necessary action on location-related complaints and applications.
- Prepare and coordinate rent payment schedules in line with rental agreements.
- Manage all correspondence and documentation pertaining to contracts.
- Oversee proper maintenance and management of fixed assets at all premises.
- Education: Graduate/Master’s Preferably In LLB.
- Skills: Communication, Negotiation, Conflict management, Decision Making, Problem-solving, People Management.
- Experience: 08-10 years, 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge: Property Laws, Leasing Contract, Rental Agreements
