Chief Human Resource & Career Planning Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze strategic HR requirements aligned with organizational vision and directives from CEO/Board.
- Scrutinize organizational objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Formulate a 3-year HR strategy and framework.
- Present HR concepts and plans to CEO and senior management.
- Develop roadmap and structural requirements for HR strategy implementation.
- Define modifications in HR operating model for better efficiency.
- Oversee executive-level manpower planning and training needs analysis.
- Conceptualize talent management and succession planning framework.
- Translate strategic design into operational plans.
- Lead change management and transition processes.
- Review HR frameworks ensuring alignment with business needs and macro-economic environment.
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Master’s degree in Management Sciences, preferably Human Resources, from HEC-recognized institution.
- HR certifications/courses from reputable national/international institutions (strong plus).
- Minimum 15 years post-qualification relevant experience.
- At least 5 years experience at senior leadership level in a large public or private sector organization.
Age Limit
- Maximum age 60 years at closing date.
- No age relaxation allowed.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Competitive market-based salary: Rs. 0.8 to 1 million per month (negotiable).
