Position Details

Chief Human Resource & Career Planning Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze strategic HR requirements aligned with organizational vision and directives from CEO/Board.
  • Scrutinize organizational objectives and long-term growth plans.
  • Formulate a 3-year HR strategy and framework.
  • Present HR concepts and plans to CEO and senior management.
  • Develop roadmap and structural requirements for HR strategy implementation.
  • Define modifications in HR operating model for better efficiency.
  • Oversee executive-level manpower planning and training needs analysis.
  • Conceptualize talent management and succession planning framework.
  • Translate strategic design into operational plans.
  • Lead change management and transition processes.
  • Review HR frameworks ensuring alignment with business needs and macro-economic environment.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Management Sciences, preferably Human Resources, from HEC-recognized institution.
  • HR certifications/courses from reputable national/international institutions (strong plus).
  • Minimum 15 years post-qualification relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years experience at senior leadership level in a large public or private sector organization.

Age Limit

  • Maximum age 60 years at closing date.
  • No age relaxation allowed.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Competitive market-based salary: Rs. 0.8 to 1 million per month (negotiable).
