Assistant Director (Recruitment)

- BBA/MBA from an HEC-recognized university
- Minimum 16 years of verified education (HEC attested)
- Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/HR roles
- Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (approvals, advertisements, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for Recruiting requirements
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports/dashboards
- Maintain records of applicants and Recruiting decisions
- Represent NADRA in recruitment drives and campaigns
- Handle applicant queries and grievances
