- 2x recent passport-size photos
- Online fee deposit slip
- Application Processing Fee:
- Rs. 2,000 for Sr. 1 & 2
- Rs. 1,200 for Sr. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
- Rs. 1,000 for Sr. 8, 9, 10
- Rs. 500 for Sr. 11–15
- Rs. 250 for Sr. 16–19
