1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Islamabad
Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as of 31st October 2025
Term: Fixed 3-Year Non-Extendable Contract
Salary: Market-Based, Negotiable (Commensurate with Qualifications & Experience)
Qualification:
- Minimum Master’s degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Disaster Management, Environmental Sciences, Natural Resource Management, Insurance, or Social Sciences.
- Candidates who are members of a recognized professional accounting body are also eligible.
- All degrees must be HEC recognized.
Experience:
- At least 20 years of professional experience after the minimum qualification.
- 5 years in a top leadership role within large public sector enterprises, financial institutions, or reputable private organizations.
- Proven experience in fund mobilization, donor financing, resource management, or development finance, preferably related to Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Disaster Risk Management (DRM), or Climate Change Adaptation/Mitigation.
- Demonstrated engagement with multilateral and bilateral donors (World Bank, ADB, UN Agencies, etc.).
- Candidates with international exposure in development programs, resource mobilization, or fund management will be given preference.
