Vacant Position
1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Qualification:
- Minimum Master’s degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution in:
- Business Administration
- Public Administration
- Finance
- Economics
- Risk Management
- Disaster Management
- Environmental Sciences
- Natural Resource Management
- Insurance
- Social Sciences
- Ph.D. in relevant field and/or foreign qualification (recognized by HEC) will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 20 years of progressive post-qualification professional experience.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a top leadership role (CEO/MD/DG) within a large public sector enterprise, financial institution, fund, or reputable private organization.
- Proven expertise in:
- Fund mobilization and management, donor financing, development finance.
- Direct engagement with international donors such as World Bank, ADB, UN Agencies, etc.
- Climate Finance, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Disaster Risk Management (DRM).
- International exposure in resource mobilization and development programs will be a distinct advantage.
Key Competencies:
- Strategic and visionary leadership with measurable goal-setting capabilities.
