Netkom Technologies is Recruiting MW L1 Engineers for Its Islamabad (Pakistan) Office.

Project duration is long-term, and immediate availability is required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics, Telecom, CS, etc.
Language Proficiency: Should be proficient in English
MW L1 Engineer
Minimum 2 years or more in Communication, with experience in project delivery & maintenance of Huawei microwave networks at a medium-scale network or higher preferred
Expertise & Skills:
Product Capability: Proficient in one or more of RTN 300, 900 & NMS. Experience in Huawei microwave network maintenance & engineering is preferred
Product Skills:
Familiarity with the commissioning of RTN 300 & 900 equipment, including features like link protection, service configuration & MW link configuration
Hands-on experience with Huawei NCE/NMS for troubleshooting, integration/commissioning, service configuration & acceptance
Experience in successful project delivery while working under pressure in a challenging environment
Ability to summarize problems encountered in daily routines & provide timely improvement suggestions
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customer engineers regarding technical solutions & actively manage the progress & plans of maintenance projects to gain customer recognition
Risk awareness & problem management capabilities to effectively identify network risks & deficiencies, seek assistance when needed, & develop solution plans
