Management Trainee Officer-PD
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for learning the company’s operations, assisting in relevant departments, participating in training programs, and developing leadership skills.
- To adapt quickly to different roles and responsibilities within the organization.
- To assist in developing new products or improve existing ones, which helps the company effectively meet consumer’s needs.
- Maintain records and generate reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s, or master’s degree in Textile, Business, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Passion: A keen interest in the textile and garments industry and a desire to grow in the field of Product Development.
