Orient Ceramica is seeking a Squaring Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing tile squaring operations to ensure precision, quality, and compliance with production standards.
Job Description:
- Hands on experience on dry/wet squaring operations
- Ensure dimensional tolerances, squareness, and edge quality as per specifications
- Troubleshooting, such as edge chipping, incorrect sizing, or equipment malfunction
- Regular quality checks (length, width, diagonals, edge finish)
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years on similar position
- In-depth knowledge of tile rectification machines (e.g., BMR, KEDA, etc.).
- Basic understanding of quality tools (vernier caliper, edge rulers, diagonals, etc.).
- Effective communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Education: FA/BA
Location: FEDMIC, M3 Industrial Area, Faisalabad
