Position Details:
The Manager – Administration will be responsible for managing all administrative, and facility-related activities at the factory. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in administration, preferably in a textile or manufacturing factory.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and factory regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP/SAP software.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations at the factory.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.
- Supervise security, housekeeping, transport, and canteen facilities.
- Handle vendor management, procurement, and maintenance of office/factory equipment.
- Coordinate with government authorities for licenses, permits, and inspections.
- Implement safety and welfare programs for employees.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
